The Lenovo AIO 27" touchscreen has been a great success in our home.

Good computer. Not enough storage nor speed for tasks I needed.

Seems to be working fine. Can't figure out how to transfer word files. But this really isn't a computer issue

It was 750$ and did not preform well with taking around 5 seconds to open web browser plz lower price to around $500 to 600

Waited 6 weeks when I was told next day delivery, had to fight for money back and never got computera. Their solution was buy them again and they were goin to charge even more. They finally gave me back money and no computers and not even an apology. Tracking shows it was never delivered at all and never got beyond shipping label created and they blamed it on things like this happen in June and July with solution. Ten thousand plus dollars, no computers, money held hostage, 9 store visits and 100+ hours on calls. After all that, they offered to let me buy computers again and continue to wait for refund. Crazy!!!

I decided to buy this because I’ve had another Lenovo AIO. My only complaint is that the keyboard and mouse doesn’t work on this Lenovo. I want a replacement for these . Thanks

I bought this pc hoping so high of it, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I have restarted this pc more than 47 times since the day of purchase. It will suddenly freeze, not refreshing, everything single thing will stop working. Why? The fonts also are so faint.

Shipped brand new out of the box with a modem that didn't work. Was unable to get past the 3rd screeen of Window's setup. Avoid at all costs.

I took mine back it runs slow. I could not do anything with this one

I cant run basic programs without it shutting down very disappointedMy old computer was freezing and I decided to upgrade to this, bad decision. My old computer works better than this new one

First things first, this was WAY bigger than I was expecting it to be. Not that that’s a bad thing, mind you, but even knowing the specs, I was quite surprised by just how large the monitor is. The thing is, I already had a setup with a 27” monitor that I was regularly using before I got this one, and maybe it was just my vision of what the AIO was going to be that made it seem so much larger than life. Anyway, enough about the size of the monitor portion, and on to the other specifics. It has a built-in webcam breaking the top plane of the monitor, with a decently sized on/off slider in the standing base, near the power switch. The screen is vibrant and smooth, with popping colors and easy flowing motion. It is also a touchscreen that is well-calibrated and surprisingly responsive, even with a soft-tip haptic pens. (Unfortunately, I did not have any of the hard-tip ones to test.) The base is wide and sturdy, probably about a third of the size of the monitor, and the stem has a neat ‘paneled wall’ kind of design. The base needs to be a bit large, though, as it includes wireless charging capabilities. While helpful in a pinch, or if you’ll be sitting at the machine for a while, the charging capability does leave something to be desired. Nearly as often as not, I had the orange blinking light that means it wasn’t ‘pairing’ with the device. Even after updates and restarts, it wasn’t perfect. When it did recognize my device, my mobile screen would tell me it was fast charging, but the time until full was nothing remotely close to the actual fast charging the device is capable of and performs at daily. It was consistently half-hour or longer than it should be for fast charging. But it did charge, so there is that. As an AIO, I was curious if it really was A I O, and it does indeed come with a wireless mouse and keyboard. They aren’t top of the line gaming spec or anything of the sort, but they’re perfectly functional and match the aesthetic of the machine. AND, batteries INCLUDED! Overall, it’s definitely a nice device and worth it for sure. The only other thing I might change is increasing the RAM, but that’s a personal choice and the provided RAM is sufficient to run the machine as is; the RAM upgrade is in no way necessary for standard use.

I like my new computer and it is being set up by the Geek squad.

Very happy with with computer and service. But used Geek Squad to transfer data from old computer to new. They did a good job but two weeks after they did the work and destroyed the old computer, someone got into my bank account. At that time the only device to get into my account was the old computer. I suspect someone at Geek Squad either used my old computer or data to get into my bank account or they sold my data to someone. Tried to take $3,000. The bank stopped them. Good prices and good service, just don’t trust them anymore
