Setup was simple, and with fiber-optic internet, the normal down-time for updates went super fast. The touch screen is a great addition (take some getting used to...), and then finding that the base is also a wireless charger! Only downfall I can see is that there needs to be more USB ports, so it wouldn't hurt to get a port bank to remedy that.

I was able to work with my new computer easily because my in-home installation agent showed me how to navigate. I wrote a lot of information that I could continue to us. My agent was patient with me.

No webcam included

Thank you for choosing Lenovo and sharing your feedback with us. While we are thrilled that you like the IdeaCentre AIO 27" All-in-One, we are disappointed that you are encountering issues with the webcam. We would like to share some possible solutions to allow you to use the integrated webcam.
Firstly, the IdeaCentre AIO 27" All-in-One has a built-in switch that allows users to enable or disable their webcam to enhance privacy, and it can be located just above the power button located on the right-hand side of the base stand. This switch may be set to off leading to the webcam being listed as being unavailable.
Secondly, Windows requires that apps have permission to use your webcam. If the application has not been granted permission, then it may show your webcam listed as unavailable. Please ensure that you have granted permission to the app to use your webcam. To check this, open "Settings", then choose "Privacy & security" from the left-hand menu, click "Camera" located on the right-hand scroll down menu, finally ensure that your apps have been granted permission by looking in the "Let apps access your camera" drop-down menu.
Finally, we recommend running and installing all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, these updates are crucial to the device’s health and can fix outdated or corrupted drivers that are making the webcam unavailable. To check for updates within Lenovo Vantage begin by launching the application, then select the “Check for updates” button on the top of the right-hand of the display. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page.

A Great AIO

I love the oversized screen which has great clarity. The sound is much better than my previous computer. It was very easy to set up. As an added bonus the base even charges my iPhone!
