    This computer was ready to go right out of the box. Setup was simple, and with fiber-optic internet, the normal down-time for updates went super fast. The touch screen is a great addition (take some getting used to...), and then finding that the base is also a wireless charger! Only downfall I can see is that there needs to be more USB ports, so it wouldn't hurt to get a port bank to remedy that.

    I purchased a Lenovo Touch-Screen All-in-One, and I am so glad I made the upgrade from my 10-year-old computer. I was able to work with my new computer easily because my in-home installation agent showed me how to navigate. I wrote a lot of information that I could continue to us.     This AIO has exceeded my expectations. I love the oversized screen which has great clarity. The sound is much better than my previous computer. It was very easy to set up. As an added bonus the base even charges my iPhone!

    I liked the computer but it hasn't even been a whole year and it has just died out of nowhere. Here's hoping their customer service is good with the 1 year manufacturer's warranty. I still recommend it as a nice all in one computer. I could just be the fluke.

    This is an amazing computer. Very high quality with co-pilot right at your fingertips. I'm not very good with computers and it's taken some time but I get help just by asking co-pilot. It was also nice to know, after purchase, that I could get some money back if it showed up at a lower price.

    The images are clear, pretty easy set-up, great value. Once I unpacked, figured out the easy pictorial directives for getting started, plugged it in and turned it on, I knew I had made the right purchase. There were a few glitches figuring out how to get everything transferred from my old computer so I took it to a local geek. Now looking forward to getting it back.
