Mouse and keyboard are garbage

Regarding the keyboard and mouse issue, first, ensure that the batteries have been removed from their plastic covering for shipping and inserted into both the keyboard and mouse in their proper orientation. Additionally, ensure that the USB wireless transmitting for the keyboard and mouse has been removed from the inside of the mouse from its storage slot, located next to the battery slot for the mouse. Once this dongle is plugged in and the batteries have been installed properly, function should resume. If you continue to experience an issue, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support at this phone number to work with a representative to find a solution: 866-426-0911.
