Not only are they both wireless, but the both require batteries. And the batteries don't work. Had I known that the mouse and keyboard were both wireless, I would not have made this purchase. I didn't realize it at the time, but the computer is a Lenovo model. Not Hewlett Packard.

Regarding the keyboard and mouse issue, first, ensure that the batteries have been removed from their plastic covering for shipping and inserted into both the keyboard and mouse in their proper orientation. Additionally, ensure that the USB wireless transmitting for the keyboard and mouse has been removed from the inside of the mouse from its storage slot, located next to the battery slot for the mouse. Once this dongle is plugged in and the batteries have been installed properly, function should resume. If you continue to experience an issue, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support at this phone number to work with a representative to find a solution: 866-426-0911.

It was very easy to set up, and has been easy to navigate. My first all-in-one computer

Also really wanted a touch screen monitor which an all-in-one usually has. This also has a dvd/cd drive, lots of power and a 24” screen

It claimed it had webcam and wireless charging and it had neither and it even makes-functioned and caused me to my DMV online test. I even spoke with company about reimburse and they refused.

I was nervous at first, but the ease of using this computer was surprising. Our old computer was a Lenovo, so that is what we were looking for again. I'm glad we did.

Everything is compact and right where I need it. I needed a computer that played CDs. This fit the bill.

It looks modern. Would have been nice if there were a few more instructions to help set it up.
