Have had some issues with Microsoft office but that has nothing to do with the computer itself and is strictly a Microsoft issue.

Little by little we are learning the differences. Better manuals would probably have improved the learning curve.

However, I also bought a Sony HDM1 DVD player and the wrong cord was in the box. The service rep wanted me to buy and pay extra for the correct cord to use with that machine. I said no and returned it.
