It didn't come with the keyboard, the mouse or the power cord holder. Customer service unwilling to help. Can't get ahold of the store. Purchased one in "good" condition from another store and it had all the items with it. Waste of my time and my money Best Buy.

Green lines and pixels started appearing and disappearing randomly throughout the screen within an hour of using it for the first time. Additionally my OTP doesn't work on here and I can't log into my accounts on Edge or Chrome.

In the future, should you encouter a similar problem, or for others reading this response, under the removable cover on the mouse, is the USB dongle for your keyboard and mouse to wirelessly communicate with the computer. It is housed there to protect it in travel, with the same purpose should you need to move your equipment yourself. If the dongle is connected yet the problem persists, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you. No more fiddling with towers and other switches to sign on. This new technology is my best friend. So glad that my Geek squad (Adam) was thoughtful enough to realize how untechy I am and got me this great product. LOVE, LOVE,LOVE it!!!!
