Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5i 27 All-In-One System, model number F0FA008GUS. Check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Lenovo - all in one

This all-in-one crashed EVERY SINGLE DAY of use. I work from home. It was a total disaster. I have literally lost contracts because I could not respond timely due to the computer freezing. When I spoke with the Geek Squad, they said "I've never heard anyone complain about that" However, When I read other reviews, MOST of the cons were about the very same thing. The unit freezes! You have to cold boot to get it to start back. I returned it 2 weeks later after much frustration and disappointment from communication with the Geek Squad.

It is hard to find a 27 inch all in one and this one does just fine. The matching monitors are a bit expensive though.

Geek squad never could find out why not because when i took it in the computer screen worked but as soon as i got it back home it wouldn't work. Still don't work.

I love the cell phone charger on the base as well as the size and clarity of the monitor. It came with a keyboard and monitor which was great!

First Lenovo product that I do not like.

I don't like the single arm holding the monitor (it continually shakes and shudders). I was never able to get the Wireless charger to work. After two days of use I got a message that I had a controller issue and Lenovo support said that they would send me a new part and I could replace it. I said no thanks and returned the whole computer.

I had to disable the touchscreen settings in order to even get on the computer to do work. It would freeze, the mouse was all over the screen causing the websites to freeze, make the sites huge or really small. Then came the like ghost bubbles on the left side of the screen. I'm extremely unhappy with this computer and I'm hoping to exchange it due to this defect. What is the point of having a touch screen when you can't use it??
