That being said, we returned this within 24 hours. Every few minutes it would freeze and reboot. Although work was not lost it was very annoying. When the HP help line was on remotely to help me hook up my printer, it froze twice in 15 minutes and the technician told me to get rid of it. I don't know if it was just an unfortunate malfunctioning piece or a characteristic of the brand but I'm sticking to all-in-one models from companies with which I am familiar.

Lenovo Never Again

I read to uninstalled Smart Connect. It ran better and it worked for about a week then locked up again and has everyday since. I have to restart to get to come back on. I am about ready to pitch it!

Not a Good buy
