Horrible Laptop Purchase Experience -wait times
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The time we stood in the Laptop area waiting to be acknowledged by someone was absolutely ridiculous. (35 minutes)We stood next to the product and watched as the salesmen waited on other customers so we were patient in the process at first. We noticed that we were left waiting even after others arrived afterwards- they were taken first. Not wanting to cause a science, We then went over to stand in line only to be looked over once more! We were next in line when another customer walked up asked for help and the salesman completely ignored us. It was the third party intel rep that noticed and gave us more attention. However, he wasn’t able to do anything besides alert management. The Representative that finally came to the counter to check us out was very helpful and informative.

I would recommend this to a friendFaster than expected
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Faster than expected. No need for Windows 10 S mode. The specs are good enough for this laptop to do minimal multitasking but it works really well at one program at a time.
