You can keep this computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. It was laggy (not my WiFi) the laptop itself is very slow I would not recommend.

I rushed out to get a laptop so i could do that. I didn’t want to spent a lot so i got this. I regret that sooooooo much!! I use citrix to access my desk top. That’s about all this is good for. Forget about using skype, google duo or zoom. It will work for 3 minutes and crash, i know because i’ve tried all numerous times. I wish I could spend more money on a better laptop but since I can’t return this now.. i’m stuck with this. DO NOT BUY THIS. unless all you are doing so simple computer work and simple internet browsing. Yes i realize I got what I paid for.... i wish i had spent more money because at the time there were more available laptops.

I just needed a PC for a remote location for the authoring of basic Word and Excel documents with light Microsoft Teams usage. This PC could not handle the most basic of demands. I returned this laptop after about two weeks of use and replaced it with a slightly older refurbished lenovo with more RAM, a better processor, and storage for about the same price (slightly more). I would not recommend this computer to anyone even for basic web browsing. Anymore 4GB of RAM is insufficient for running Windows 10. Save your money and get something with better specs you won't be sorry.
