This was a great little computer that was a Black Friday special for less than $150. My dog killed it by knocking it off the table. It landed on the power plug and broke it off inside the computer's outlet. Could not be fixed by Best Buy who sent me to an outside source. Needless to say, they wanted $400, so to the recycle it went. Back up your data on a daily basis.

Bought it for my father to replace a chrome book. Much more versatile than chrome book. While its not a touch screen the operating sysytem is familar for him allowing ease of use. It was easy to get it in synch with other devices and that was a plus for him.

The laptop works properly, but is very slow. It is comparable to my old laptop (about seven years old - Windows 7 upgraded to Windows 10). I am not sure why this new laptop is so slow, but it isn't from programs I have loaded because I haven't loaded any.

This is a pretty good computer that I've had for a year and a half. I'm a student and I deactivated "s mode" since I don't use Microsoft apps, and I mostly use google docs, drive, etc on here. Downsides is the power (RAM) of the computer- I cannot run zoom or google meets without it instantly crashing. If there are too many tabs open it'll slow down. Streaming services work but only if you download that services app to the laptop. Google laptop for middle/high school students but not recommended for zoom virtual learning. Battery lasts 4 hours even on "best performance" mode, but it runs out faster when streaming. No bad fan noise but does heat up especially when charging and streaming simultaneously

It’s not a bad laptop at all, but it is rather slow and the graphics could be a little better. I bought it for my son for his remote learning, so it definitely does what I bought it for. It’s not like my Lenovo thinkpad as much as I thought it would be.

It’s overall a good laptop for the price. For $119 you really can’t complain. The screen quality isn’t the best but it is fair. Not the fastest laptop but it is cheap. Works very well connected to hardware and devices easily and that’s what I need it for
