I haven’t been able to use it. It doesn’t turn on. I’ve been out of town. I would like to replace it. I was Out of town for work and I tried to turn it on and it doesn’t let you pass set up stage it keep going back like it to the setup page. No good I would like to change it

It is possible that resetting the computer back to original settings may fix the issue you are having. Since you can not boot the computer, this system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the SD card slot on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Ad said in perfect condition with no scratches and all of the paperwork, It was in good condition but at initial set up, it can't find the network. It's useless. Now we know why it was returned. Thanks for not making sure it worked before shipping it. Just lost a customer.

Lenovo wants the laptop shipped to a repair center to leave us with no laptop and Best Buy hangs up on us when we call them. Cheap price equals cheap product. Had less than a month and will have to purchase a different laptop somewhere else and it won’t be a Lenovo.

I reset the computer as suggested I’m previous comments. We noticed that afterwards, the computer worked better while plugged only. Well that was all fine until a few days after the return window expired, it stopped charging completely.

Best Buy was awesome and sent me a replacement. The replacement is doing the exact same thing and not starting up beyond the Lenovo logo screen. Taking the replacement back for a refund tomorrow and buying a different computer.

The exhaust air comes out at the bottom instead of at the side, so the bottom is always very hot. The internet speed is very slow, even slower than the old basic laptop I purchased 5 years ago which has the same speed.

I placed an order at store for a replacement but it was never delivered so I’ve cancelled the order. This has been an incredible inconvenience and has disrupted my ability to work remotely.
