And so far it has been a great investment. My daughter has been using it constantly through out the Pandemic and it has done a great job nonstop. Novemeber. but I set it up just a few days ago. There is no Office 365 - 1 year subscription included, not able to download. Where can I find the code to use/input the software. I could not find it, MS request to pay after 1 month free service for asking credit card info. Consider to keep owing it or not in this month.

Perfect for a mom or student who only uses email and Internet. I recommend removing Windows S-Mode to allow additional web browsers, pdf reader and zoom client to be installed. You do need some technical knowledge to install additional software and to be sure you have secured Windows properly.

Edge crashed THREE TIMES before i gave up and decided to use my phone to write this review. I purchased this computer with the intention of only using adobe illustrator and web browser for my silkscreening business. In the first 10 minutes of it being out it started messing up. It tookFIVE HOURS TO DOWNLOAD THE ONE PROGRAM I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER FOR. I was hoping it would be becsuse i needed to update windows. Nope. Two days of updates later and i absolutley regret buying this literal piece of garbage. I feel like ive been conned. It wont even load youtube. And seriously youre going to respond to a review and say your product isnt for multitasking? That its better used with Microsoft office? Then stick to selling chrome books. I didnt buy a chrome book because i need to be able to at least load ONE WEBPAGE with the ONE AND ONLY PROGRAM I INSTALLED ON IT. My intetnet is great, so i know that's not the problem. THATS an absolute atrocious excuse for justifying making a garbage product. If someone wanted to do light browsing they would get a chromebook. I would have, too. I cant WAIT for the next two days to come so i can get what i hope will be the replacement. I might even return it before that. Shame on this company for lack of quality. I had lenovo all in one that worked just fine for years! I will never buy from this brand again, and honestly probably won't have much to do with bestbuy either.

Weird things about this laptop

First of all there is a strange search bar at the top of the screen. It is very hard to find your way back to your desktop. I found the solution. I downloaded the free malwarebytes program, did a scan and then quarantined all the stuff it found. I restarted the computer and WOW. It was just like the normal computer I was used to.

Bluetooth, watch movies, play nes emulators, web surfing, stream music and movies, has a strong battery life, use it for school. You will have to add a micro SD card for extra storage (uses up to a 200 GB card).
