Novemeber. but I set it up just a few days ago. There is no Office 365 - 1 year subscription included, not able to download. Where can I find the code to use/input the software. I could not find it, MS request to pay after 1 month free service for asking credit card info. Consider to keep owing it or not in this month.

Perfect for a mom or student who only uses email and Internet. I recommend removing Windows S-Mode to allow additional web browsers, pdf reader and zoom client to be installed. You do need some technical knowledge to install additional software and to be sure you have secured Windows properly.

We appreciate your helpful review. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available (and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you do not need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Weird things about this laptop

First of all there is a strange search bar at the top of the screen. It is very hard to find your way back to your desktop. I found the solution. I downloaded the free malwarebytes program, did a scan and then quarantined all the stuff it found. I restarted the computer and WOW. It was just like the normal computer I was used to.

And so far it has been a great investment. My daughter has been using it constantly through out the Pandemic and it has done a great job nonstop. However, it would not work during Zoom meetings with multiple participants. We tested it by having a one on one meeting to see how it would do and it was fine but it still did not work during her class time. Not happy about that at all. Otherwise, there aren't any significant issues with the computer that I've seen. This is the first computer that I've purchased in about a decade so its faster and got longer battery life than my sweet baby that died. And setup was a breeze. Still that video conference thing is really a killer.
