If you are experiencing slower than expected performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. I'm not impressed at all. Frustratingly slow. Even upgraded my internet speed and it didn't make too much of a difference. If I had to do it all over again, I would have paid more attention to the processing speed.

It doesn’t have to capacity nor the software to download certain applications or to run certain things on the laptop. I’m disappointed in my purchase. Don’t buy this laptop if you can afford a better one.

After having to sign into all these screens, we finally got to where we wanted to be. Well that’s when we finally realized that this “computer” is clearly just for show. Yes it does have a screen and a keyboard but it just doesn’t work. We couldn’t even browse the web without waiting 3-5 minutes for them to load. We have fiber internet with speeds connections of 500 mbps and a new router. All of our other devices can connect and load with no issues. At the end of the day, we packed it up and are just going to return it. I will be looking at chrome book for its easy set up and fast start up time. Good luck to anyone who is attempting to keep this device hoping it gets better with time.

But doesn’t let you do anything I barely used it and it’s just really slow even when I bought it new said there was already virus on it but I used protections. It does work on Google. Worst Laptop EVER!!!!

It was slow when we purchased it in June and 6 months later it takes literally 2 minutes to go from page to page with a website. Not a website with a lot going on I’m talking Craigslist. This is unacceptable for a new computer. I would have gave it no stars if I could. We barely use the computer in the 6 months that we had it and now that we have finally opened the business that we brought it for, we can do literally nothing. I am so frustrated and upset! It was a reasonable price and since it would only be used for accounting I thought it would be a great investment. Man was I wrong! I would have done better buying a used laptop off Craigslist or out the back of someone’s car. Those might have worked better than this crap!
