You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. The few flaws that I find noticeable is slow processing ( I dont have this issue with the HP AND MAC) No CD-Rom so if they wanted to take break and watch a movie, they cant. Overall the laptop does what it needs to do for the cost

Im honestly surprised this laptop doesn’t way 1,000 pounds with the amount of bloatware on this thing. Just yesterday I tried to google something, and at the same exact time I sent out a carrier pigeon to fetch the exact same info. My carrier pigeon came back last night and my laptop still hasn’t gotten passed asking me if I’m sure I don’t want to install WeBroot Don’t waste your time or money. Your smartphone is more capable than this trash

Great laptop for basic computer needs

I already owned a MacBook Pro, so I was only going to use it for basic office suite programs that my classes would want in Windows. For the short period I had the laptop it was great. Ran smoothly, Windows 10 seemed to operate great on it, although I am not a fan of Windows 10. I ended up returning it after a few weeks because I just ended up not really needing it. If you are looking for a basic laptop to do school work or daily activities, this is your computer.
