You can keep this computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. I want to return it and get my money back, including the recycle fee charged during purchase. I refuse to pay any restocking fees. I also dont want to return it for the same item because I can't trust Bestbuy with their claims, such as "new". There was black sticky stuff on the laptop surface of the lid and on the touchpad. Its as if someone touched the keypad with their fingers. This can happen in a manufacturer company, but it wouldnt be dirty like that. The cardboard packaging was not tightly sealed, it was easy to get in through the bottom of the box without having to break the circle seal that reads Lenovo" Then it was easy to put it back together with no evidence of tampering. The plastic bag that the laptop came wrapped up in was way to big for its size. It also was not taped or factory sealed either, the laptop slide right out of the plastic bag. This box was easily taken apart by me on the bottom and put back because it's so lose fitting. It is not a manufacturer safety sealed box. The protection foam that sits on the key pad and prorects the screen, was too short to cover the entire keypad from top to bottom, and stuck out of the sides of the closed laptop. The philip screws, have been messed with beyond what a manufacturer does. I'm familiar with original manufacturer factory work when screwing screws into electronics. Their screws are not scratched up like these in this laptop are. Screws get like this after a person goes in with a screwdriver and does it themselves. There are too many suspicions that this machine was not new straight from the manufacturer as Bestbuy claims it was. I demand a full refund with no extra charges or fees.
