I use this for everyday work and project. Nothing fancy about this laptop but good for outdoor such school or construction project. I has good connectivity for internet and lightweight too.

Overall, I like this laptop. It's a little slow on the net and for general functions. I got this to replace my Chromebook, but it is slower.

Son, thinks it is better than the Chromebook the school issues, but he thinks the device is slow.

It works as well as expected. It isn’t slow but also isn’t super fast. I got it for my 11 year old son so it does what he wanted it for.

As with many of the other reviews. Right out of the box this computer was slow. Not just any kind of slow. Literraly take 10-20minutes for anything to open once you click on it. TOOK ME 1hour 20mins just to click throught the 5 buttons i needed to press to reset this crap to factory settings and remove my personal info so i can return it!! By far the worst computer i have ever purchased in my life! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! 1 star is being generous!!

Very very slow. It takes ages to get fired up and functioning. But once it is, I can do what I need, which isn’t much. Light internet searches , or filling documents.

Good laptop, Size and Newness received as displayed. However speed, battery and software is very low Microphone issues. I will have to return in person to store or pay to be assisted remotely. Bought within 1 month.

This is the worst laptop in my 25 years of buying laptops. I have a 501c3 nonprofit for veterans. And, I bought this for a U.S. Army disabled veteran. I tried to assist him set the laptop up. It literally took 2 hours to get into the computer. There was a message with a spinning wheel that said "Please wait" for about 2 hours. I contacted Best Buy and they stated the return time was past the 10 days. I bought it Black Friday and gifted to the veteran on Christmas. I contacted Lenovo and the rep told me to take it to Best Buy to have them check it and if it was malfunctioning there was a 1 year manufacturing warranty to fix or refund the amount. Best Buy Geek rep said this was one of the lowest performing laptop that anyone can buy. He stated that Lenovo would not fix it and that I will not receive a refund. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY this laptop. The Geek rep suggested that I buy an Apple product because they stand behind their product and what I paid for the laptop, I could have got an ipad.

It's an ok average laptop. It has 128 gb , HDMI port, USB, USB C, charges up quickly battery lifebis better with the proper settings good for basic computing needs
