I have received authorization to return them. I talked to Paola in your Help Center on 2/7. She verified that BB knew there were 8 of them. Right now I'm travelling and will return them in the 1st week of March 2024...well before the 3/17/ deadline. Someone ftom Best Buy SHOULD CONTACT ME PRIOR TO 3/4/24 IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS!!

I got what i thought would be a great one for my son to use but you cant even hardly get a browser to open up to even search something. Definitely a dud buy!

After logging in, it took a long time for icons to appear. It's so slow, I tried to connect it to his tv, it kept timing out and never connected. He haven't used it since he set it up. The return date has passed for store, so I guess we are stuck with it.

I only bought this because I needed an emergency backup laptop. I would never consider this to be a functional long-term laptop for anyone.

My son is 14, his schools no longer issue physical textbooks so the students are required to have a laptop. This one has been amazing! I must have gotten a bad one. Never worked quite right out of the box, with similar issues to the other reviews. They store I went to didn't have a display to try out. There were no issues with the return and purchase of a better laptop.

He says it runs so slow that he can't even use it for school because the videos are always buffering. Unfortunately he didn't tell me until well after the return window and I am not tech savvy enough to know how to make it faster so I'm just out $200. I did get it on sale.
