My grandson loves his new computer!!! It has great specs and slim design is perfect for easy travel!!!! He loved his computer so much we didn’t hear a pep out of him on Christmas!!! Lol thanks Best Buy for an awesome computer and a great price!!

I purchased this laptop for my niece to complete school work on. This is my second laptop from them. I have one as well and had it for a couple years. This is good for school work not enough dogs to do a lot of downloads unless you going to buy an hard drive to connect to it. Overall good for what we do with it.

Computer is a bit on the slow side. But it does what I need it to do.

Excellent laptop, very affordable and functional. It has all the basics you would expect from a similar, more expensive product. I recommend it.

I'm an uninformed tech user but this laptop scores big in my book , especially for the price. Seems a little slow at times perhaps but what do I know living out here in broadband land. Durability still to be determined of course.

Bought this for my daughter, its perfect for what she needs. The graphics are great, the size is just right. The only thing I would improve would be the sound.

Unfortunately I returned it because it was too slow for my needs.

Low difficulty opening simple sites and loading takes forever

This is the perfect size and price if you want something to use in addition to your smartphone. For viewing your retirement accounts, banking websites and anything else you'd like to see on a bigger screen, this is just right.

Good value for the cost of this laptop, A tad slow using the internet. For my use of this computer basically for emails, bill paying, and a source for news, weather, entertainment and sports.

This laptop looks the part, but unfortunately the cliche you get what you pay for applies 100%. It is extremely slow and for whatever reason the files i created with graphics didn’t save with the same formatting. This laptop is best used for answering emails and very patiently internet surfing.

I own a computer networking/repair business, and this is easily the worst computer I have ever tried to set up. It simply cannot run Windows 11 with its meager specs. Once the computer was set up and I lightened its load as much as possible, I couldn’t even get a right-click menu to appear. Microsoft Edge will literally stand still. I tried to d/l Google Chrome but Edge was stuck in the mud. I find it amazing that Lenovo would even put their name on this barely-functioning machine.
