Processor too slow for opening basic application settings, web browser. Returning immediately for an upgrade. Spend the extra $100 and get a better laptop.

Extremely slow

It takes about two minutes just to open any apps or software, and it is extremely laggy. There are so much more options for a little more dime.

Not a good fit

When I could not get it to run, I took it back to the store and the clerk at Best Buy told me that 4 gb of memory was not enough because the windows operating system needed 4 gb to run. I could not run any programs and it just spun and spun. I was never able to use it. Why would they even offer a computer like that.

He has a 3-D print and need to do things for school on google classroom. Basically he was able to use it for a couple of month and then it just stopped working. We were outside our return window and so we were just without a computer for him. it was very frustrating.

We bought this in order to use for our taxes. But the Window 11 runs this computer so slowly I had to updated for about 1 hour before I can do anything. It kept freezing and the windows could not close. It reacts so slowly. Wished I would have messed with it more before realizing this mistake. I can no longer return it and stuck with this machine that cannot even download stuff that isn’t compatible with Microsoft.

However, there is no instruction manual, which makes it difficult to operate. Also the settings were not connected to a printer, which complicated usage until I got Geek Squad technical assistance.

Unfortunately that was a mistake. This laptop is terrible slow. The browser didn’t want to open took very long time to open and when screen popped out it said it’s not responding. Multiple restarting of the laptop didn’t solve the problem. It would take minutes to open a browser for you to wait ages to load and it would then get stuck. Must have nerves of steel to deal with this laptop because it’s extremely slow and you can’t do anything with it. Have to return it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that in 2024 such slow laptops exist. Wouldn’t recommend
