In fact, I've never got to actually use it because everything about this laptop is slow, even when you're doing a basic task and don't mention internet. I tried it out one time and never touched it since.

Two stars instead of one, only because I should have known better.

They are solid computers. I thought I'd get my daughter a simple/beginner PC for XMas. Red flag #1- did not turn on when opened. I had to plug into the wall just for it to turn on. Took almost 1 hour just to setup. Once setup, nothing worked. When I clicked on Edge to download Chrome, nothing happened. I then clicked on the settings button to see what apps were "start up" that perhaps were slowing down the PC and nothing. I then proceeded to cntrl-alt-dlt to run diagnostics and it took forever to get to it. Like, a good 5 minutes, which is too long for PC diagnostic. During all this time the browser still did not open nor did the settings button. When the browser did open, I typed in "Chrome" and the browser could not connect to Google. Every other site worked. After 1 hour of fighting with the machine I packed it back up and will be returning to Best Buy to exchange for a better computer as soon as they reopen after Xmas. A brand-new computer out of the box should not give you so many issues. Even a low price, low memory PC should work out of the box. So my daughter will have to wait an extra day for a better PC, which perhaps is a blessing. I don't recommend this unless you like digging into the OS.

I purchased during the Thanksgiving weekend and it stated that I had until the end of December to purchase a plan.
