Not a good first impression imto laptop

DON'T EVEN BOTHER IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT

This Lenovo took about 5 minutes just to pull up a simple email browser with zero installed, bare bones right out of the box. I would definitively not trust this laptop to run anything at all, I'm absolutely puzzled how any company would sell this as a "functional" computer in any sense of the word.

Not sure if something wrong with it or if that's just the way it is but it was not responding quite a bit.
