Posted .Hey, SaimaryP. Whlie we are glad that you purchased our product and that it satisfies your school needs, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting apps you desire. Since your IdeaPad has Windows 11 in S mode preinstalled, a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System, as you know, it only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store.
