Should you feel you are using the device for its intended use and still experiencing a performance issue, we recommend searching for and applying any available updates through Windows Update Settings. Also, ensure that your home Wi-Fi network is compatible with, and is capable of supplying your laptop with sufficient bandwidth to deliver the performance you desire for internet-based tasks. The internal processor is very fast, it doesn't stop at all, it loads the programs very well and the security seals are very good. Windows 11 is something new for me that I have to learn to navigate.
