Good price, but too skow

She is in a retirement home and needs access to free cell and email. She is familiar with Windows, so I did not want to purchase a tablet. Unfortunately, even stripping it down to the basics was not adequate enough to initiate those applications without painful delay. Life is too short to wait for applications to load.
