Extremely slow

Opening anything takes a minimum of 5 minutes and half the time crashes the computer. My poor son got this as a Christmas gift and is heartbroken he hasn’t been able to use it. I tried downloading all updates overnight and it did not help at all.

perfect in all ways, except weight & battery life

I have fought this thing for 5 hours today and still don't have it set up. It is so slow. I had to even factory reset it to get a little more speed which didn't help much. Do not purchase. This is even bad for a 9 year old to use
