    Very slow computer. I’m not sure why it’s so slow I would like to take it back to Best Buy and have them look at it.

    The system is very slow and you are unable to use Chrome. They have locked it to Microsoft Edge as the browser to use.

    It has trouble loading programs. It freezes up constantly. I have to keep restarting it over and over for it to work

A more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store.
