I could not install any other browsers or any antivirus security. Like webroot. It downloads, but will not install any programs outside of Microsoft store. It tells you it has to be taken out of S-mode. The gueek squad could not help or connect remotely. Had to send back for a refund!

Very poor general performance.

After working on this machine, I would strongly pass. It's very slow overall. Running normal operations, CPU is at 100% utilization. After clearing up some processes, it was better but out of the box, a user should not have to do this. Just spend a little more for a better machine.

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and a month later I received the refund, but my son didn't get his gift.

It turns on and is fully loaded with software but nothing loads after the initial site you go to visit. Everything times out to exit page or see if the page will load. Hopefully this inexpensive laptop wasn't a waste of money. Just need it for my personal use. Not for work.
