You can do that by preforming a simple google search. After that, download the upgrades from Microsoft & it’ll work fine.

Slow & buffers

This all happened in the first few weeks of owning this laptop. I returned it.

Great Laptop and Great Price

I came across this laptop and it’s been great for her. She has enough RAM to have multiple applications open while doing her projects and she has enough memory for what she’s using it for. I love the Microsoft Family Safety feature that is on it. The keyboard is large enough to have a number pad bur not too large that its big and bulky. The start up is great and speed is great.
