Despite regular updates, it struggles with basic tasks, making it frustrating to use. Disappointed with the laptop's performance – it's consistently slow, even after all updates. Tasks like creating a resume become a hassle due to frequent freezes. This laptop falls short in speed; it lags during various activities. Despite efforts to optimize, the overall performance is below expectations.

If you need to Save Pictures or work,it would be best to buy an External drive to use on this Model. This model is at the Bottom of the line for laptops. I wouldn't buy this for a Student or any High activity (not a work purposes computer)

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing apps available (and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or need to install apps not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost – it’s quick and simple.
