NOTHING DOWNLOADED OR INSTALLED AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO RESPOND TO CLICKS, OPENING FOLDERS,ETC. Worst part is this was bought as a Christmas gift on Black Friday, by the time it was given as the Christmas present, it was out of the return period so best buy wouldn't take it back for a return. Now I'm stuck with a super slow laptop. Worst purchase I've made with best buy, will never do this again.

Brought this in an emergency and it’s been nothing but disappointment. It crash upon start up and constantly freezes just doing the bare minimum like signing in or changing the volume in settings. Does not connect to all wifi. I would have gave this a one but given the price I will at least say it’s a cheap buy. Mines will be returned today if you’re looking for an open box on for even cheaper.
