Needless to say the price point "had me at hello". The brand is my second purchase from Best Buy. If you're looking for a laptop with ample storage look no further. Get yours soon I did.

It’s a waste of time to even set up. Took me 20 minutes to load a Gmail page. Seriously save yourself the time and do not buy this

From the start, it ran extremely slow and we could never get it to work properly. The performance issues made it frustrating to use for even basic tasks. After this experience, we will not be purchasing from this brand again.

I tried, for the first time, to use it, and 10 minutes later, I'm still waiting for things to load, like the settings menu, the app store, and the internet. If it's this slow right now, it's going to be a nightmare a year from now. I'll be returning this for another.

Cant even open a tab

It was so slow, i cant even open a tab. Websites dont load and it takes like 30 minutes for the laptop to open. Your better off spending more money somewhere else
