I couldn't even use Google Docs without lag and the power cable felt cheap like it could break at any moment. Ended up returning in less than a week.

Plus it came with a year of Microsoft 365 so I can easily complete all my assignments with ease. It’s fast, efficient, and even allows for me to stream YouTube or any other streaming service with no lag!

Extremely slow

Opening anything takes a minimum of 5 minutes and half the time crashes the computer. My poor son got this as a Christmas gift and is heartbroken he hasn’t been able to use it. I tried downloading all updates overnight and it did not help at all.

I figured I’d buy a cheep laptop and make the upgrades as necessary to make it better. Only thing is that the laptop isn’t even upgradable. The memory is welded in and it’s a bunch of garbage. I ended up returning it real quick.
