It is glitching and it is moving very slow. I have 5G Wi-Fi, and the connection is strong on the laptop and it is still moving slow. It does not have a backlight on it. It is not what I thought it would be. I will be returning it tomorrow.

Was extremely slow and laggy, picture quality was not good either .

They do help the software and help the computer run better. Screen HD looks amazing i love the colors it’s able to put out it’s not 4K but very well executed

Horrible, save your money

After it’s done setting up it runs so slow. I’m actually returning both that I purchased and finding something better so I can at least check and send emails. It takes 20 minutes to load the internet browser!

Nothing installed besides the intital setup installation. Even opening local folders takes forever. Either i bought a defective laptop or I just got what I paid for, but neither way its garbage.
