Pretty good for the price, can become slow when opening a lot of tabs

Love it. Just what I needed!!! Clean and works well. Needed a laptop that had Microsoft software installed for work from home job!!!

I bought them for my gandkids. Well I must say they're really enjoying and were very excited to have them.

It is so slow. Its not an internet issue its the laptop itself. I got what i thought would be a great one for my son to use but you cant even hardly get a browser to open up to even search something. Definitely a dud buy!

This is the worst laptop in my 25 years of buying laptops. I have a 501c3 nonprofit for veterans. And, I bought this for a U.S. Army disabled veteran. I tried to assist him set the laptop up. It literally took 2 hours to get into the computer. There was a message with a spinning wheel that said "Please wait" for about 2 hours. I contacted Best Buy and they stated the return time was past the 10 days. I bought it Black Friday and gifted to the veteran on Christmas. I contacted Lenovo and the rep told me to take it to Best Buy to have them check it and if it was malfunctioning there was a 1 year manufacturing warranty to fix or refund the amount. Best Buy Geek rep said this was one of the lowest performing laptop that anyone can buy. He stated that Lenovo would not fix it and that I will not receive a refund. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY this laptop. The Geek rep suggested that I buy an Apple product because they stand behind their product and what I paid for the laptop, I could have got an ipad.

It's an ok average laptop. It has 128 gb , HDMI port, USB, USB C, charges up quickly battery lifebis better with the proper settings good for basic computing needs

I brought this computer for my 10 year old daughter, and she enjoys it. She plays Roblox on it and nothing else.

It takes a couple of days of making sure everything is updated and then it actually works really well. At first you will think it is a total piece of you know what, but the problem is that it is doing all kinds of stuff in the background that slows it way down. Keep doing windows updates and stuff like that and you will see that it ends up fast enough for most cases.

Calling this laptop a "lemon" is an insult to the citrus industy. Out of the box, it comes preloaded with files it's not stong enough to run. All the while, programs will run in the background that prevent you from even opening a web browser. So far, I am very impressed and underwhelmed, even for a budget laptop.

Very good for this price. But not for gamers. For regular activities it's ok

You really need to do a lot of work to get this computer to run decently. There’s a lot of junk that rob performance. It initially took 10 minutes to launch edge.
