He says it runs so slow that he can't even use it for school because the videos are always buffering. Unfortunately he didn't tell me until well after the return window and I am not tech savvy enough to know how to make it faster so I'm just out $200. I did get it on sale.

I must have gotten a bad one. Never worked quite right out of the box, with similar issues to the other reviews. They store I went to didn't have a display to try out. There were no issues with the return and purchase of a better laptop.

It has great specs and slim design is perfect for easy travel!!!! He loved his computer so much we didn’t hear a pep out of him on Christmas!!! This is my second laptop from them. I have one as well and had it for a couple years. This is good for school work not enough dogs to do a lot of downloads unless you going to buy an hard drive to connect to it. Overall good for what we do with it.

He has a 3-D print and need to do things for school on google classroom. Basically he was able to use it for a couple of month and then it just stopped working. We were outside our return window and so we were just without a computer for him. it was very frustrating.
