I unchecked all boxes on privacy and such. But it chose to recheck all of the boxes without my given permission. Also would not let me change or delete any of my personal information so I could return it for a full refund.And it was slower than a snail.

Two weeks later, no refund!

The second one didn’t work well either. I returned it, and two weeks later I’m still waiting on my refund. If I do not receive my refund, I will not purchase anything from Best Buy again. Very irritating!
