It’s super slow and you always need to restart it. It’s super glitchy, every time I play on this computer it’s super laggy and slow. I beg you please don’t purchase this.

UNUSABLE - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I got it yesterday for my younger brother and I'm trying to set it up and it's EXTREMELY SLOW. Can't even download Google Chrome on it. I don't even understand why they're selling this laptop. No regard for customers. If you want to offer a deal offer a deal on a laptop that's actually usable to show you care about customers. I'm returning it shortly.

A more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store. If you try to launch or install an executable or .exe file, the system prevents it. Should you desire to switch to Windows 11 Home to download a specific program, you can switch out of S-Mode to Windows 11 Home. Plus it came with a year of Microsoft 365 so I can easily complete all my assignments with ease. It’s fast, efficient, and even allows for me to stream YouTube or any other streaming service with no lag!

I figured I’d buy a cheep laptop and make the upgrades as necessary to make it better. Only thing is that the laptop isn’t even upgradable. The memory is welded in and it’s a bunch of garbage. I ended up returning it real quick.
