Nothing else, very disappointed for this computer. Sorry Best Buy but this is not a win, win for my son and I.

It has excellent speed, can handle his background apps and runs Minecraft really smoothly. It serves its purpose and I have no complaints, especially for the price I got it for.

You get a full laptop that you can use Microsoft Suites on and an HDMI port with many more ports than any other computer at this price port.

It is my secondary laptop for paying bills a occasional research during the day downstairs. I originally bought one with much lower specs and my computer guy said I would not be happy with it. He is ok with this one.

It was so slow that it would take 10 minutes just to open a browser. I bought it as an open box, I can see why they returned it. I returned it as well.

Difficulty connecting to Internet, constantly hitting the 'wait' option. Do not have this issue with other laptops. Had to go through the installation process about twelve times. This has been a terrible experience.

I was told that I needed at least 8GB memory to run Windows 11. Returned this item for a full refund and purchased an ACER laptop with 8GB memory. Not sure why they would sell a laptop that is not big enough to run Windows 11.
