It is my secondary laptop for paying bills a occasional research during the day downstairs. I originally bought one with much lower specs and my computer guy said I would not be happy with it. He is ok with this one.

Difficulty connecting to Internet, constantly hitting the 'wait' option. Do not have this issue with other laptops. Had to go through the installation process about twelve times. This has been a terrible experience.

My experience with Lenovo has been great until now I get it was cheap but I thought it was just a Christmas sale I expected better.

I was told that I needed at least 8GB memory to run Windows 11. Returned this item for a full refund and purchased an ACER laptop with 8GB memory. Not sure why they would sell a laptop that is not big enough to run Windows 11.

This computer takes forever to go online and when it does I always get error messages. I purchased this for the sole purpose of doing online classes and it does not serve that purpose. I am ready to take it back.

By the time the gift was used the return time period apparently expired. The laptop is too slow to be usable. I tried everything and it is just not a functional computer. Do not purchase. But… for some reason you can’t charge this with a C TYPE charger and it has the port; and usually you can with about any other laptop so that’s kinda annoying… but other than that it’s great. Fast… and all that!

We are only trying to use an internet browser for an Etsy store to print labels and check emails- it takes 5-10 minutes to pull up a new website. It’s painful. I was going to return it but I missed my window. Don’t buy it.
