This computer takes forever to go online and when it does I always get error messages. I purchased this for the sole purpose of doing online classes and it does not serve that purpose. My experience with Lenovo has been great until now I get it was cheap but I thought it was just a Christmas sale I expected better.

By the time the gift was used the return time period apparently expired. The laptop is too slow to be usable. I tried everything and it is just not a functional computer. Do not purchase. But… for some reason you can’t charge this with a C TYPE charger and it has the port; and usually you can with about any other laptop so that’s kinda annoying… but other than that it’s great. Fast… and all that!

You do whatever make it fast for little while but when you restart the computer. It sucks. It was slower than dial-up.

We are only trying to use an internet browser for an Etsy store to print labels and check emails- it takes 5-10 minutes to pull up a new website. It’s painful. I was going to return it but I missed my window. Don’t buy it.

Don’t Buy Lenovo Chromebook

It was super slow out of the box so I completed all updates. That made it even worse, it won’t open apps even simple ones like settings. When it does open an app it’s after at least 10 minutes.
