It was slow right out of the box, with apps taking forever to load and videos constantly buffering. The battery life was abysmal, barely lasting two hours on a full charge. The keyboard was uncomfortable to type on, and the trackpad was unresponsive at times. The worst part was the customer service, which was unhelpful when I tried to resolve these issues. I definitely wouldn't recommend this computer to anyone.
