There was a never ending stream of error messages that seemed to relate to x box. I had no idea that x box was part of the purchase. The computer crawled from simple command to simple command. I returned it within the return period.

Best Buy customer service was great during the return process and I look forward to replacing this computer with something from Best Buy because of the quality service.

My house WI-FI is 500mgb. My other laptops work just fine inside my house without any interference, but this laptop after numerous restarts was absolutely horrible.
