The L in Lenovo Stands for Lagging

This laptop severely lags and you can barely open a few tags without it crashing. I do not have any apps on this laptop, and I can barely surf the internet or even watch a YouTube video. I could not even put my music in my folders and had to by a portable storage to keep my music and yet it still lags. Also, the left side of my laptop screen is open, and I never dropped it once. I can literally see the inside of the screen. I do not recommend this laptop at all.

Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Everything I do is in the cloud and this computer would be doing only 1 thing. I thought it would be fine. I was wrong. Ever since I got it, it does nothing but crash and freeze up. Unfortunately, I missed the return window and so am stuck with this thing. I've spent hours on support with Lenovo and basically they said there is nothing they can do. I do not recommend this computer at all. It comes with Windows 11 and the 4GB is not enough to run it right. Stay away from this computer.

Does not run good and not enough RAM and storage.

When I ordered it, there was a LOT of problems. First being it running Windows 11 22H2 instead of 24H2. Then it would not update at all and displays a message saying "Your version of Windows is at the end of service. Please update to the latest version of Windows." When I go to update it, it won't even display how to get the latest version of Windows. It runs like it is refurbished. Very disappointing for a 7-month-old laptop. DO NOT BUY THIS. BUYER BEWARE!!
