    I am very pleased with my laptop purchase. My old laptop was over 10 years old and had died on me, so i needed a good replacement. Im using it for work, designing trainings and presentations, video calls, day to day communication, etc. From the web search to the customer service support in helping make the right selection, to picking it up at the store, to the laptop itself. I am very pleased, as it is exactly as described and just what i needed.

    We purchased the Lenovo-Idea Pad 1 15.6” laptop for our grandson,s freshman year of college. It has been a great asset for completing his assignments - particularly submitting online work within seconds of the time deadline! The price offered by Best Buy and additional available software apps have made this a great purchase.

    This laptop is great for the price. I definitely prefer AMD Ryzen processors and this laptop has a Ryzen 3 which is excellent for homework, internet browsing and just a little gaming. I’m looking forward to upgrade it with a bigger SSD and more RAM when it starts to feel slow, but for now I just purchased an external SSD for all my files to keep it as clean as possible

    This is a fantastic upgrade from the old laptop I had. For an everyday work unit, the Ryzen 3 processor rocks! 4GB is plenty of RAM to run as many windows an your heart desires and it doesn't miss a beat. Great value for the price point!

    Great laptop I got it for my Mom and she did not care for it because it was a little too advanced for what she was looking for. But great laptop for the money with lots of options and storage. Can't really go wrong with Lenovo.

    Great computer for basic use. The screen looks great and no issues with the keyboard. The computer charges quickly. It's only 4 stars cuz the ram cannot be upgraded
