    I ordered this laptop as a Best Buy Deal of the Day at a fantastic price. Our family members are AMD fans and stockholders, so what sold me was the AMD Ryzen chip. I have enjoyed using the laptop so far and love the touchscreen. I would have liked a backlit keyboard, but for the price, this is an excellent machine.

    If you are judging it on what it is than it is great . Just keep in mind you will immediately need to upgrade the m.2 as 250 is to small in 2025 and you cant upgrade the ram as its soldered to the motherboard . But if those arent deal breakers its a realy nice unit for the cost . You realy get a lot.

    I purchased this laptop for my first year of college and it does everything I need! I love how sleek it is and the processor speed. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't always stay connected to the internet. But all around a great laptop and checks off all of my needs!

To try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well for the latest network drivers.

    This is my second Lenovo laptop first one was the Ideapad S340 which I had for 6 years. This one seems slower startup and just not as fast. Not sure if I like that is on all the time. It is thin and lightweight which I like.

    I was surprised by how fast it was; it exceeded my expectations. I'd previously used non-high-end computers for simple tasks, but with this laptop in particular, I was able to do a lot more than on the others I'd used. Highly recommended.
