I bought it at Best Buy and had the GEEK SQUAD service it. I just bought a new Lenovo laptop to replace my old one and the GEEK SQUAD transferred all the data and made it a seamless transition Best Buy & GEEK SQUAD are terrific!

In the few weeks I have had the laptop, the mouse is very sensitive and at times the laptop has froze. I am able to run multiple apps at a given time and the laptop has a good camera. Good battery life.

To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Great Value buy

The touch screen feature is nice to have and allows for a difference experience. My wife is usign this laptop primarily for School and hasnt ran into any problems with it. Would definatly recommend for casual or school/work related use.
