Had to get a cable adapter to charge with USB-c

Doesn't have the issues that I had with Chromebook. Only problem is I was told it would support USB-c charging. It will charge OTHER DEVICES with USB-c, but it does not itself charge with USB-c like my Chromebook did. So I had to get an adapter. Otherwise great.

Great laptop for teens!

Regarding the refusal to shut down, if selecting Shut Down from the Start Menu or Login Screen will not power down the device, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Great sound and Graphics. Worth the $.

Saw this one for less than $100 more and the difference was amazing! The sound is great and the graphics are excellent. The only minus is that the battery life sucks, but that's not a biggie for me.
