Went with this over HP on advice of store employee and no regrets. Fast. Boots quick. No bloatware. Using basic tasks so can’t comment on gaming but certainly would not buy this laptop for gaming. For what it is impressed.

I bought this computer for my sister birthday so she would have a better one then her old one which was to slow and did not work well.

They helped set up my computer and provided assistance in recovering my documents from my old computer which was determined to have a bad battery.

It did not function as fast as I was told it would not did Microsoft come with it. That would be a separate app as well as charge.

New Computer

I think it’s okay I did have to purchase a mouse to go with it bc the mouse pad is weird to work with. It also runs slow a lot but I do have a lot of tabs open i guess. I am used to my old MacBook not having any loading problems. I would recommend this to someone else it’s a nice computer overall. Oh I also hate how the speakers are on the bottom of the computer that makes no sense.

Called about set up of printer and first rep cut me off and second rep was not knowledgeable and seemed to be using a script. Neither spoke English well!
