Not a touchscreen

I purchased this laptop because it says touchscreen I just gave it to my son on his birthday and after opened it we realized it’s not touchscreen, I have been trying to have support and am not able to. Gave it 1 star because I did not continue to use it, until I see what can be done

We recommend starting by: Disable and re-enable HID-compliant touch screen 1. Open Start and search for Device Manager. From the list of results click Device Manager to open it. 2. When Device Manager opens go to Human Interface Devices section and expand it. 3. Under Human Interface Devices section, find HID-compliant touch screen. 4. Right click it and choose Disable. You might get asked if you’re sure that you wish to disable it, so click Yes. 5. Now right click HID-compliant touch screen again and choose Enable. If the issue persists, continue below:
Try to check for updates via the Lenovo Vantage app: 1. Open the Start Menu and type "Lenovo Vantage" in the search. 2. Open the Vantage app and clear any dialogue windows. 3. Select the "Check for Updates" button and apply any updates the system states are available to install. If this does not resolve the issue, then try: Uninstalling the device. 1. Right click the HID-Compliant Touch Screen device and/or USB Touchscreen controller, select Uninstall. 2. If prompted to uninstall drivers associated with the device, check the box and continue. 3. Now, while in the Device Manager. 4. Under System devices, check if you have two entries relating to "HID, Sensor, and/or I2C" 5. Uninstall and Restart the Computer so Windows install the generic drivers for these devices. 6. If this didn't work. Try to only Uninstall/disable the USB Touchscreen controller in the "Mice and other pointing devices".

I like this laptop, my only complaint would be the audio quality. It has exceeded my expectations on everything else, I use it for my school work and research and it does just fine.
