This is a solid laptop for the price. Screen looks nice, has plenty of USB ports and a card reader. I keep it plugged in most of the time, so I like the fact the included Lenovo Vantage software let's you configure a setting that is good for long-term health of the battery (only charges it to 80 percent while plugged in) lessening wear on the battery. One thing to note about this laptop is that by default it is configured to use up 2GB of the 8GB memory for shared VRAM. This means you computer will only have 5.7GB of usable memory which is pretty low. But there is a way to increase this. If you are not playing games or doing video editing, you do not need 2GB of VRAM and are wasting the computer's memory. Therefore, the first thing I did was when booting the laptop, quickly press F2, which brings you into the BIOS settings. Select the "UMA frame buffer" setting and change this from 2GB down to 512MB. I now have 7.2GB of usable system memory instead of only 5.7GB which makes the laptop perform much better at non-gaming day-to-day tasks which is what this budget laptop is meant for.

Seeing a few weeks later I actually didnt need a new computer, this one still made me want to keep it and use it for editing videos. I now how two computers (the one was supposed to replace the other) but enjoy that fact as I take the one to travel and the other to work specifically at home.

It is a very good system. The screen is clear and easy to manipulate. Also very clear screen. I don’t use it very much, but it works great for me. The keyboard is very useable. The speed is sufficient for what I need in a computer. I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be returning for service when I need something else.

My son is using this for college. It is lightweight, a great size for the backpack and easy to type and complete his work. He is able to carry it with him class to class and use it in between at the library or a cafe to complete work. Great battery life!

This is a great everyday laptop for the price. The Full HD touchscreen is a big plus, it’s responsive and makes browsing and basic tasks feel smoother. Setup was quick, and the laptop runs well for things like web browsing, streaming, and light work. The Ryzen 5 processor handles normal multitasking better than expected, and the SSD keeps everything fast with quick startup times. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around, which is nice if you’re moving between home and work. It’s not built for heavy gaming or demanding software, but for general use it does exactly what you need. Overall, really solid value.

Nice product, the processor is fast, everything works well. I feel it is an ideal PC for home use for someone not heavy into gaming but is looking for a PC for family applications such as email, online applications, and schoolwork at a reasonable price.

So far, so good. Its a basic windows 11 laptop for personal use. Touchscreen is nice to have. Nice size screen. Light but solid feeling. Got it on sale. Can't beat it for what we paid.
